I AM INTERESTED IN:
___   CLEANING:  requires 3-4 hours one morning a week performing duties required to provide the cats with a clean
          and healthy environment (i.e.: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, litter box cleaning, etc.).  Substitutes are also
          needed if you cannot commit to a day every week.

___   PET PAL:  spend 1-2 hours a week socializing with an assigned group of cats, light grooming, noting behavioral
          and health issues, and creating a positive living environment.

___   OFFICE HELP:  work one afternoon a week (12-5 or 12-6) providing assistance to customers in retail store and
          adoption center. (It may be possible to split shifts.)

___   MEDICAL TEAM:  under the direction of the medical team leader, assist with monitoring and caring for sick or
          injured animals.

___   FOSTER CARE:  provide a temporary home to cats, kittens, dogs or puppies.

___   TRAPPING:  help trap feral or stray cats so they can be spayed/neutered and either returned to their original
          location or placed for adoption.

___   TRANSPORTING:  transport animals to vet either as a drop off or pick up for surgery or for a vet appointment.
          (NOTE:  vet appointments are usually in Los Osos)

___   FUNDRAISING:  work with our fundraising committee to come up with fundraising ideas or plan fundraising
          events.

___   PET ADOPTIONS:  be part of a team that takes animals to adoption fairs around the county.

___   FARMERS' MARKET:  be part of a team that takes turns taking some of our available animals to local Farmers'
          Markets.

___   GENERAL MAINTENANCE:  perform a variety of "fix it" jobs around the shelter (painting, carpentry, plumbing
          or electrical, etc.).

___   YARD MAINTENANCE:  help with weeding, mowing, planting, cleanup, etc.
