Martin

Martin aka Marty ... Martin's adoption fee has been prepaid by a generous donor so he is available to a good home.  He has been microchipped through HomeAgain.  Martin is a big 4 year old orange & white boy who loves to bask in the sunshine and just kick back.  He is not an "in your face" cat at the shelter but rather he prefers to accept pats and strokes from passer's by.  At adoption events he is the hit of the show because of his size and even temperment.  Even though he has had his teeth removed, Martin happily eats dry and wet food just fine.

Martin would do well in a home without dogs and he gets along fine with other cats & kids.  Are you ready to share your home with this big loveable guy?

IrisIris     IzzieIzzie

Iris & Izzie .. Their adoption fees have been prepaid by a generous HART volunteer to insure they are adopted together.  These two sweet 1 year old tabby sisters, whose parents were ranch cats, were born on a small ranch north of Paso Robles and were 2 of six in the litter.  A kind lady who was house sitting at the ranch successfully trapped the mom, had her spayed and took in the 6 3-week old kittens.  The sitter and her son kept 3 of the kittens - now named Smudge, Teddy and Abby the Tabby but asked HART to take the other 3.  HART accepted the kittens and named them Ian, Izzie and Iris.  Ian has been adopted but Izzie and Iris still need a good home - hopefully together!

caspayplate

The California Spay & Neuter license plate, sponsored by the California Veterinary Medical Board, provides a way for pet lovers to help reduce pet overpopulation. Proceeds from the plate provide funding for free or low-cost spay & neuter surgeries across California, and also help to raise awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering.
