Adoption Info

HART's adoption fees include:

  • All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered prior to leaving our shelter
  • Vaccinations
  • Worming, de-fleaing and de-miting
  • A free veterinary exam - a list of local area vets is included
  • Collar and ID tag - your pet is registered with HART
  • Health records
  • Tips and guidelines for introducing your new pet into your home
  • A cardboard carrier - or you can bring your own carrier at the time of adoption
  • A toy
  • HART's newsletters

And, best of all .... A loving companion!

Our adoption fees are:

  • Adult Cat 1 year +: $79.00
  • Kitten's < 1:            $89.00
  • Senior Cats 5 years: $49.00
  • Black cat special: $69.00* (No black cats are adopted out during the months of September and October)
  • 2 cat special: Adopt one at the regular adoption fee and the adoption fee for the second cat is 1/2 price!
